Only moments away from bustling Brixham harbour you will find this gem of a property. Seadrift is a really popular home-from-home for both families and couples alike. Positioned perfectly for you to enjoy the many delights Brixham has to offer. A short walk will find you in the heart of this fabulous fishing town. Enjoying the buzz of the bustling harbour is so easy to do with the peace of mind that at the end of a busy day you get to retreat to your charming cottage to watch the sun go down from your balcony - the perfect end to any day!
This lovingly furnished terraced cottage makes for the ideal all year round retreat, offering something for everyone. The perfectly appointed balcony offers views which skim the Brixham rooftops, ideal for those who want to sit back, relax and breathe in the fresh sea air. Your outside space doesn't stop there, just below you will find the fully enclosed garden area; perfect for the younger members of the group and your four-legged friends alike (please take care when accessing the garden via the spiral steps).
The owner also provides a parking permit which covers the majority of Torbay's council car parks. The nearest car park to the cottage, Brixham Central car park (which operates a short stay policy), is merely minutes away on foot, however the Oxen Cove parking facility (which has no restrictions) is only a short walk around the harbour. This permit enables you to park in the majority of Torbay's council car parks, therefore consider your adventures in and around Torbay to be free from parking charges - another fabulous perk offered by this lovely cottage.
Being so central means that Seadrift is just a short walk away from the town's shops, bars and restaurants. A slightly longer stroll along the marina will bring you to the Blue Flag Breakwater beach and cafe, a great day out for all. Or perhaps a rejuvenating sea swim takes your fancy? If so, why not head round to the Shoalstone sea-water pool; the safety of a pool whilst swimming in the sea - the best of both worlds!
Once you have enjoyed the plethora of cafes, restaurants, bars and all the other attractions scattered around bustling Brixham harbour, why not venture further afield? Neighbouring villages and towns such as Dartmouth, Paignton, Totnes and Salcombe are all within striking distance.
