Exquisitely beautiful and totally romantic, Trevoole Old Manor is a secluded retreat nestled deep in the Cornish countryside. Everything about this property will delight, from the moment you drive through the granite gate and down the driveway and glimpse Trevoole Old Manor for the first time, to when you step out of your car and through the front door and find yourself in a stunning barn oozing with history (as it dates back to 16th Century Tudor times).
Wonderfully rural and utterly exquisite, this idyllic haven has a light and airy interior styled to perfection. Your spacious open plan living area has a super dining-table in the centre of the room running alongside a bespoke kitchen, which is tucked away to one side and equipped with all of your cooking appliances. The sitting-area lies nestled around the wood-burner with a rich velvet sofa to cosy up on and plenty of cushions to snuggle up with, perfect for those wild-weather evenings.
Outside you are truly spoilt for choice. Choose from an enchanting cobbled courtyard with two seating-areas, both capturing the afternoon sun and just the job for relaxing with a chilled glass of champagne. Or instead you may prefer to sit in the sun on the lawn which overlooks the lovely owners' (who live next door) gardens and meadows. The Estate seamlessly blends into the rolling countryside, and if a walk is planned then the owners are very happy for you to use their grounds as well as your own.
Babies under the age of six months are welcome.
The sumptuous bathroom (also located on the ground floor) is oh-so-glamorous with a luxurious free-standing claw-foot bath, 'Jack and Jill' wash-basins and a huge walk-in shower, ideal for washing those sandy toes and wind-swept beach hair.
Take the oak stairs up to the mezzanine bedroom with vaulted ceilings, exposed wooden beams and a super-comfy bed with the most beautiful bed linens, which promises deep sleep-filled nights.
Trevoole Old Manor is perfectly located to enjoy the delights and hidden coves that both the north and south coast have to offer. A short drive away on the north coast you will find the vibrant village of St Agnes. A firm favourite for all ages, St Agnes is brimming with hip and trendy cafes and pubs, and cute little local shops to potter around. Porthleven is eight miles away (so not too far) and becoming a go to destination with a sweet harbour to walk around and some fabulous restaurants.
However you choose to spend your cherished time, this gorgeous retreat promises to refresh and help you leave your day to day stresses behind.
