Perched overlooking the fabulous harbour of Brixham, this large and spacious family holiday home offers unrivalled harbour and sea views, with the icing on the cake being the whole family can enjoy this magical spot whilst enjoying a spot of al fresco dining on the roof terrace.

Once you have seen enough (if that's possible) why not hop on down and join in the hustle and bustle of this lively and friendly town. A short 200 yard downhill walk will find you amongst the fun and games, with entertainment in abundance for young and old.

Stroll a little further around the harbour and you will arrive at Brixham's Blue Flag Breakwater beach. This is a fantastic spot for an ice cream, paddle in the sea, spot of rock pooling and perhaps a tasty meal in the Breakwater beach cafe to complete the perfect day.

Returning to Upper Anzac is always a pleasure, retreating to the roof terrace to watch the sun go down is magical, you really will feel like you are on top of the world!

Upper Anzac is perfect for family groups, especially as the annexe offers a wonderful space for two members of the party to escape to when the fun and games become too much.

The layout and design of this property ensures that everyone can find their own personal space and you even have the option of booking the other half of the house Anzac (4308) sleeping a further eight guests and really make an event of this year's annual holiday – the more the merrier!

Brixham offers numerous top-class restaurants, charming and quirky coffee shops along with the traditional fishermen's watering holes. Right on your doorstep you have one of Brixham's very popular pubs, boasting its huge selection of gins and delicious wines; the short downhill walk to the harbour will certainly be worth it – however please remember that what goes down must come up – a short taxi ride is suggested for the smaller/older members of the family.

Slightly further afield you have the very popular towns and villages of Torquay, Paignton, Totnes, Dartmouth and Salcombe, all of which have something very special to offer. It would be a shame to not visit these beautiful places, so why not venture over to Torquay on the Western Lady ferry or take the 'Round Robin' trip of the bay? Starting in Paignton, visiting Dartmouth and Totnes via steam train, river boat and bus – a fabulous way to enjoy these special places without having to worry about traffic, parking or anything bar relaxing and enjoying yourself. However, if a day building sandcastles on the beach sounds more appealing, the extremely popular sandy beach of Broadsands is a short car journey away.

For the little ones you have Paignton Zoo, River Dart Country Park, Pennywell Farm and Woodlands Family Theme Park within easy reach, all guaranteed to provide that fun-packed day out for all ages and make some very special memories.
