In the most spectacular location just a few metres from Seagrove Bay, this two-storey apartment is in a prime holiday location with a large decked balcony to admire the stunning sea views. With an upside down layout to capitalise on these views, the bedrooms are all located on the lower ground floor with access out to the lawned area below the decking. The kitchen has a seaside theme with a full sized boat nonetheless hanging from the ceiling! Doors from here lead out to the balcony and with outdoor table and chairs, you will want to dine out here whenever the weather permits for sure.

The spacious and light sitting-room with dining-area also has spectacular sea views and plenty of space to relax in after a hard day at the beach. There is an additional snug or children’s play room on the ground floor, ideal for the kids to spread out their toys and enjoy their own space.

The bedroom configuration on the lower ground floor is somewhat unique and rather quirky, with all bedrooms leading through to the others in a circular formation. The double room leads off from the hallway and has views over the garden and the sea beyond. The Jack and Jill shower-room is located between the double and second single bedroom, there is a double bed in this room but due to space restriction is only suitable for one guest. This then leads on to the bunk bedroom where there are two sets of built in bunk-beds. Guests must be aware that only the bunk bedroom and double bedroom can be accessed from the internal hallway, the single room is sandwiched between the shower-room and the bunk bedroom, however there is a door to the garden from the second bedroom.

The two sets of bunks are built in, rather like a ship and ideal for children only. Access from this lower floor leads out to the good sized garden, there is additional raised decking at the bottom of the garden, the perfect spot for afternoon tea or lying out in your sun lounger with a good book. Nip through a gate at the bottom of the garden and you are a few metres from Seagrove Bay, an idyllic sandy beach. Why not start the day with a morning dip then back to breakfast on the decking? Next along is Priory Bay, equally as idyllic, a tree-lined beach with shallow waters making it ideal for the younger ones.

Tide permitting, you can walk along the water’s edge to Seaview village in approximately fifteen minutes or in-land in the same time. The community-run store has all your essentials with a good range of local Island produce. The Seaview Hotel and The Old Fort are family friendly and great for lunch or dinner, both specialising in locally-caught seafood. There are several cafes to enjoy a morning coffee or grab a sandwich to take to the beach. The Isle of Wight can offer a traditional family holiday in the superb setting of Seagrove House, with something for everyone.
