This absolutely stunning barn conversion is a little slice of luxury just outside the village of St Helens, only a short stroll to the St Helens Duver, sand dunes, beach and the Baywatch beach cafe. With a spacious decked area and a fully enclosed garden, this property has plenty of space inside and out to have a wonderful holiday whatever the weather. There is private parking for up to three cars to the front of The Martins.
Once inside, the property will certainly exceed your expectations. Doors lead out from the living-room to the decked area with outdoor seating where you can sit out long into the summer evenings as there are lights integrated into the decking.
Sleeping eight in total, one of the double rooms is on the ground floor with a very spacious en suite wet-room. A snug, adjacent to this bedroom, has additional soft seating making it ideal for an extended family looking for a property with a separate sleeping and living area. There is also an additional cloakroom on the ground floor with a very handy drying rail for wet suits or damp raincoats, all needs are catered for at The Martins!
The remaining three bedrooms are on the first floor, all with sea views; the master suite, a twin and a double. The master suite is very spacious with a stunning bathroom with free-standing bath and separate walk in shower, you will be in here for hours making the most of the luxury. The whole property is decorated and furnished to a very high standard.
Just a short walk from St Helens Green and an idyllic walk to the St Helens beach The Martins is perfectly placed. When the tide is right you can walk along the water’s edge in both directions to Seaview and Bembridge, why not take a picnic, buckets and spades and make a day of it. The village has developed around this large Green, allegedly the second largest in England, a quintessential English scene where you can watch a local cricket or football match. There are several places to dine in the village including Dan’s Kitchen, located on the south side of the Green with wonderful views over the Solent, serving great local food. There is a convenience store also in the village within walking distance to the The Martins, and a children’s playground.
