Right in the heart of the bustling sailing town of Cowes, 9 Crown Court offers great accommodation with a stunning roof terrace boasting uninterrupted views across the rooftops to the Solent. Laid over three storeys there are also sea views from the large windows in the sitting/dining-room on the first floor. Upon entry you will find the kitchen which has everything you could need. There are three bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor with an en suite shower-room and access out to the rear patio. The further two bedrooms, a double and bunk bedroom are on the second floor with an additional family bathroom with bath and fitted shower. The lovely large dining table makes for a wonderful place to enjoy holiday mealtimes all together and lay plans for the day ahead. Freshly decorated, this property has a light and airy feel throughout with a very comfortable living space to relax in with a good book or to watch a film. Since there is ladder access to the roof terrace we have restricted this property to over 12's. A few minutes walk takes you to the centre of Cowes and the Red Jet foot passenger ferry, making this an ideal property to visit without a car, although there is parking for one small vehicle directly to the front of number 9.

Cowes high street is pedestrianised and is a vibrant, bustling town full of cafe’s, restaurants and boutique shops. No need to cook a single meal if you so wish, as there are breakfast, lunch and dinner eateries all within a few minutes walk. With many of the cafe’s having outdoor pavement seating the town has a great atmosphere both day and night. The high street leads down to the seafront, a picturesque wide promenade which follows the waters edge along to the neighbouring town of Gurnard. Gurnard beach is a traditional shingle beach with fantastic views across the Solent and a superb vantage point for some of the best sunsets you will find. The resident beach cafe, The Watersedge, has an extensive menu and the all important wide range of ice cream’s, the perfect place to relax and admire the view. 9 Crown Court can offer everything you could need from a superb holiday on the Island, we have an abundance of stunning beaches and countryside to explore, with the added bonus of the best climate in the UK!
