North View is a wonderful holiday hideaway just on the outskirts of Seaview with sea views across the Solent from the kitchen/dining-room and first floor bedrooms. Set back from the road in a truly idyllic setting this cottage has all the makings for a wonderful holiday. Beautifully decorated throughout, this charming cottage has two first floor bedrooms, a double and a bunk bedroom room both with sea views. A large sea facing picture window in the dining-area means you can enjoy mealtimes with stunning sea views whilst watching the ships sail by. The modern kitchen has everything you could need, and there is a separate sitting-room with elegant furnishings including a charming wood-burning stove. The bathroom has a bath with fitted shower, and is beautifully finished in keeping with the rest of the cottage. A private patio runs along one side of the cottage with outdoor sofas to sit back and relax with a glass of wine and a good book. The seafront is just a few minutes from your front door, take a morning stroll along the beach into Seaview village for a cup of coffee at Lily’s cafe.

Seaview village has several places to choose from to dine out, including The Old Fort pub and The Seaview Hotel. Both these establishments have outdoor seating with sea views, a truly idyllic place to sample the local seafood and watch the boats go by. There are some amazing beaches to explore, Priory Bay being one of them and only accessible by foot. A tree-lined bay with white sand and perfect swimming conditions, a great place for a beach barbecue. Ryde town is a level walk along the promenade in the other direction, with many other restaurants and boutique shops to sample and explore. The Island is a walker’s delight, with many coastal paths and breathtaking scenery to enjoy, littered with beach cafes along your way for refreshments. There are many charming coastal and countryside villages and towns to explore along with the dramatic coastline with the best climate in the UK, what more could you want from a fantastic break on the Isle of Wight.
