An incredibly stylish three bedroom ground floor apartment ideally located a few minutes' walk from the village of Seaview and the beach. A lovely large entrance hall centrally frames the apartment with all rooms leading off this. The open plan living-room with kitchen and dining areas, has a wonderfully large table to all gather around, and a wood-burning stove at one end to cosy around on the rare days the sun isn’t shining! The master bedroom has been decorated beautifully with a sumptuous four-poster bed as a focal point. There are sea glimpses from both the master bedroom and the living area. The further twin room and the double have also been stylishly finished with plenty of eye catching artwork adorning the walls. The modern family bathroom is equipped with a bath and a fitted shower over. There is a rear door to access the garden area, with a charming patio area complete with outdoor soft seating, table and chairs. Westhill apartment is a fantastic place to base your island adventures from, just a few minutes from Lily’s cafe for your morning coffee and croissant then on to the beach, holiday heaven! Unfortunately Westhill does not have a private parking space however the surrounding roads have unrestricted parking all year round and there is an additional pay and display car park in the village.
Seaview is an idyllic coastal resort on the north-eastern corner of the Isle of Wight with far reaching views across the Solent. With several gorgeous beaches to choose from and picturesque coastal walks, Seaview makes for a wonderful holiday destination any time of the year. The village itself has several restaurants to choose from and a family friendly pub The Old Fort, with spectacular sea views. The iconic Seaview Hotel is located in the heart of the village and serves delicious locally-caught fish among other dishes. The hotel has a more formal dining area plus a more relaxed traditional bar, where you can enjoy a drink and good food. The village now has a community-run village store for all your essentials and a delicatessen for your ice cream essentials! The town of Ryde is a level walk along the promenade, passing several beach cafes en route. Ryde has a varied selection of restaurants and many boutique shops for a bit of retail therapy. Ryde also plays host to a plethora of summer events, including a scooter rally, classic car show and a carnival. There is plenty to see and do on the Island and even better when you can end your days adventures in your Seaview idyll.
