Bay Cottage is a lovely three bedroom detached property on the outskirts of Seaview village, located in Seagrove Manor Road, a quiet spot yet just a few minutes walk into the village and seafront. The ground floor has an open plan living-room with kitchen and dining areas. A door from the living-room leads out to the pretty enclosed garden including a spacious patio area, outdoor seating and a barbecue. Just saunter up from the beach, sit back and relax in the garden while the sausages are sizzling away! One of the double bedrooms is on the ground floor with an en suite shower-room, so you can give the teenager their own space or ideal for those wanting to avoid any stairs. On the first floor there are two further bedrooms, the master bedroom with a super-king sized bed and a twin bedroom overlooking the garden. The family bathroom is also on this floor, with a bath and fitted shower over. The cottage is spacious yet cosy with a retro style design throughout. There is plenty of soft seating in the living-room including a charming window seat overlooking the garden, a lovely spot to enjoy a cup of tea in the afternoon. There is off street parking for two cars to the front of Bay Cottage.

Seaview is an idyllic village in the north-eastern corner of the Isle of Wight with a good variety of beaches to choose from. Seagrove Bay has white sands, perfect for swimming, and Seaview beach has a rocky terrain, a great place for a spot of crabbing. Seaview village has several restaurants and cafes to choose from, including The Old Fort pub which is a family friendly establishment overlooking the sea. Here you can savour some of the Island’s locally caught seafood whilst watching the cruise ships sailing by. The iconic Seaview Hotel is located in the heart of the village with a traditional bar as well as a more formal dining-area. Renowned for their locally caught crab ramekin, which you can savour whilst seated on the outdoor terrace to the front, a mere fifty yards from the sea. A half an hour level walk along the promenade takes you to the town of Ryde, here you can choose from many more restaurants and cafes plus a variety of boutique shops. As nothing is too far on the Island, you can explore it by all modes of transport. With over 200 miles of cycling routes to choose from the Island is a great place to get out and about to enjoy the fresh air and admire your surroundings. From quiet country lanes to scenic off road cycling, we have it all! The Island's train line consists of former London Underground electric trains, with regular services across the island, a great way to explore. The Island is famous for its relaxed pace of life, come and sample it for yourself.
