The owners of 24 Sandcove Rise didn’t buy a television for the first few years of owning this property, as the sea views from the sitting-room made better viewing! Don’t panic, there is now a television for those that want one. Just a few steps from Seagrove Bay, 24 Sandcove Rise is a quiet cul de sac within walking distance to the sea and all the village amenities. The house has an upside down layout, with three of the five bedrooms on the ground floor and the two single bedrooms on the lower ground floor. There is a shower-room on each floor. The kitchen to the rear has everything you need to cook up a storm, with steps down to the lovely enclosed garden where there are several places to sit and relax and soak up the sea air and hopefully sunshine! The sitting/dining-room is a dual-aspect light-filled room, you can enjoy your evening meal and relax on the sofa all the while enjoying the stunning sea views. There is off street parking for two cars to the front of the property, there are several steps up to the front door from street level.

Seaview is a wonderful holiday destination to base yourself to savour everything the Island has to offer. The local beaches are stunning, one of which is Priory Bay, an idyllic tree-lined beach with white sands and fantastic swimming conditions and a favourite place for locals and holiday makers to enjoy beach barbecues long into the summer evenings. The Seaview Hotel is located in the heart of the village and a few minutes from Sandcove, it offers a formal dining area plus a more relaxed bar where you can enjoy the local atmosphere and sample some locally-caught seafood. Also within walking distance is the Old Fort pub, a family-friendly establishment with an outdoor seating area overlooking the sea, the views over the Solent are superb from in and outside. Seaview village has a relaxed and friendly feel to it with neighbouring villages Bembridge and St Helens just a short drive or good walk along the coast. West Wight has some breathtaking coastline to explore and charming villages dotted across the countryside, the Isle of Wight can offer everything you might possibly want for a fantastic holiday.
