You can open up the sliding doors from the dining-area and let the sea air in and feel yourself relax into your holiday. The patio is private and fully enclosed and as we know the sun is always shining on the Island so you will be able to enjoy mealtimes al fresco. Guests virtually have a bathroom each, as this house was converted from two apartments, so there are four to choose from! Explore the Island’s delights from the comfort of Portholes. There is parking for one vehicle at the front of the property.

The charming village of Seaview is located in the north eastern corner of the Isle of Wight, within very easy reach from the mainland, car ferries taking approximately 50 minutes to cross the Solent; the ferry crossing is all part of your Island adventure. The beaches surrounding the area are well known for their white sands and ideal swimming conditions. Priory and Seagrove Bay are a short walk from the village centre, take a stroll with your beach barbecue and enjoy late into the summer evenings. In the quieter times of the season these beaches are superb to walk along into the neighbouring village of St Helens and beyond and enjoy a spot of lunch at one of the many places along the way. The beach in Seaview village is a mixture of sand and rocks, perfect for a spot of crabbing and rock pooling for the younger family members. The Old Fort pub is right on the sea front, it has a relaxed family-friendly atmosphere specialising in locally-caught seafood and outdoor seating overlooking the sea, a pretty special place to sit and watch the boats coming in and out. The village is also home to several other cafes and a delicatessen, plenty of choices to get your ice cream from! The town of Ryde is only a short drive away or a good walk along the promenade, take your time and stop off at one of the several beach cafes along the way, here you will find a wide choice of boutique shops and plenty of restaurants and cafes.
