TwinOriginally the farm's milking parlour, Dairy Cottage is a light and airy single-storey cottage with plenty of charm throughout. Mattingly Farm is made up of three barns in total Dairy Cottage, Blakes Barn (3907), Orchard Cottage (3936).
The double bedroom has pleasant views across the farm to the paddocks and there's also a twin bedroom. This semi-detached cottage in a rural setting is perfect for families to escape the busy city life and take it easy in the countryside. The high ceilings and beams bring character to the cottage creating a relaxing and peaceful retreat.
Dairy Cottage is perfectly set up for you to bring your dog on holiday with you. Being in the countryside there are many wonderful walks for you and your dog to enjoy.
There is plenty to explore and do nearby. Walk some of the most diverse countryside in the country all on one little Island. Take a walk just a few minutes' down the road and go and visit the West Wight Alpacas – you can even take them for a walk! Afterwards why not go to the historic town of Yarmouth where you can dine in some lovely, traditional pubs or explore the independent shops.

The property is accessed via five shallow steps up to decked-area entrance. The natural filling pond in the nearby field is not enclosed, so small children require adult supervision at all times outside of the enclosed walled garden. Dogs must be kept on leads at all times. Please note there are chickens and geese running free on the farm. Please supervise children around the grounds of the farm at all times.
