1 Yarborough Cottage is a wonderfully quaint end of terrace property facing St Helens Green on the east side of the island, with far reaching views over Culver Downs. The owners have spent an enormous amount of time and effort making this cottage a charming place to stay. The cosy front room has a wood-burning stove for the cooler evenings and there is a lovely cottage garden at the rear for the sunny ones! The accommodation is laid over three floors, the master bedroom has a brand new stunning en suite. There is a bunk-bed room on the middle floor and a further double room on the top floor with wonderful views over the countryside. The kitchen/diner is light and spacious with doors opening out to the garden and a raised patio area for enjoying the sunshine.

The Village Green plays host to a wide variety of activities including a weekly bootsale, cricket matches and a summer fair. The restaurant Dans Kitchen, on the lower Green, offers good quality food in a warm and friendly atmosphere, with several other pubs also within walking distance. From the Green you can take a walk along the harbour into the neighbouring village of Bembridge where you can choose from more cafes, pubs and local shops. The St Helens Duver is a short walk away, where there are sand dunes and a popular beach homed to The Baywatch cafe, where you can sit overlooking the sea and watch the world go by.
