This stunning converted coach house, benefitting from a fabulous location within the grounds of the Priory Estate, is an exceptional holiday home-from-home. The Priory Coach House is an 18th Century property that has access to woodland walks and comes with use of a gorgeous private beach less than 500 yards away. Furnished in a contemporary style, this light and spacious property provides an excellent year-round getaway for families or a group of friends; one pet is accepted by request so no one needs to miss out!

The 70 acre estate has spectacular views over the Solent and is just a 10 minute walk into the charming village of St Helens. Cosy up in the winter and enjoy a family movie in the living-room and if it's your turn to cook a meal, don't despair, under-floor heating will keep your toes warm whilst you're preparing, and you can always keep an eye on the film, making use of the large open plan living space.
