8 Appley Sands is a spacious, purpose built, top floor apartment overlooking the Solent and the award-winning beach at Appley. With en suites to both bedrooms, and comfortable, modern decor throughout, couples or families are sure to find this a well-appointed home base from which to enjoy the best of the Isle of Wight. The light filled sitting/dining-room is an ideal gathering point to plan the day's festivities, while the balcony offers you (and a glass of wine) a front row seat to sea views and sunsets. You'll find the kitchen in the property fully equipped, but if you're not keen on cooking, no less than two of Ryde's favourite eateries are just moments from your front door.

In Ryde, "the town on the beach," the best of both await you. Appley Beach spreads out before your eyes, with only a duck pond between you and golden sand. Along with sea, sun and swimming, you'll find a mini-funfair for the kids on your doorstep, as well as several cosy pubs just moments away. Indeed, Ryde caters for all ages. Boasting a bustling high street and esplanade, a winery and vineyard just outside of town and the last remaining passenger hovercraft service in Britain, convenience and variety abound. And with the likes of quaint Seaview, seaworthy Cowes and stunning Yarmouth just a short drive (or bus) away, is it any wonder Ryde is considered The Gateway to the Island?
