A ground floor apartment set within a gated development, 2 Springfield Court enjoys use of eight acres of shared grounds, a heated outdoor swimming pool and tennis court. It would suit a couple, family or several friends traveling together.

This lovey holiday apartment features a large central hall from which all the rooms are accessed. The bright kitchen offers a dining area, ideal for breakfast or light meals, while the comfortable sitting room provides a further dining space. Ample soft furnishings and thoughtful décor make for a peaceful, relaxed atmosphere.

There are two good-sized bedrooms: a double with and en suite and a twin room. There is also a modern family bathroom.

The apartment boasts a small patio beyond the kitchen. It is a lovely, usable outdoor space overlooking the tennis court and woodland further afield.

The grounds of 2 Springfield Court run straight down to the sea making it an ideal holiday location. In addition, the village of Seaview is but a short walk away, making dining out at Lily's Café or the Old Fort pub a lovely convenience. And for fine dining that includes fresh seafood, try the award-winning restaurant at The Seaview Hotel. The village also offers a well-stocked community shop, post office and pharmacy. Of course, the lager town of Ryde is a short car drive away or 30-minute walk from the apartment.
