Oakham Cottage can be found in the heart of the Isle of Wight, surrounded by rolling countryside and the perfect location for exploring all treasures this lovely Island has to offer. One of three holiday cottages in the grounds of Bagwich House, the owners are happy for guests to explore the extensive grounds during their stay.

Perfect for a couple or a small family, the open plan living room is a sociable space for spending time together. Take a seat on the sofa or comfy armchair, watch a movie or play games, or simply chat about the days adventures and what plans you have tomorrow.

When slumber calls head upstairs to one of the two first floor bedrooms, a king size double and a twin room are both comfortable and due to the setting, quiet enough to hear the birdsong. The two bedrooms share the shower room which is also on the first floor.

A barn conversion in a rural setting, you'll enjoy a feeling of peace from the moment you step inside this lovely retreat, with its exposed beams and rustic decor.

For the keen cyclists, don't forget your bikes as there is a lockable shed for guests' use, two well behaved dogs are welcomed at the property all year round, a great holiday for your four legged family members.

Godshill is well known for its Model Village, a popular attraction since 1952 and well worth a visit. The village also has numerous pubs to enjoy whether seeking a refreshing drink on a hot day or a full blown roast dinner on a Sunday. Local produce, a friendly welcome and family friendly, there is something for everyone.

The village is also known on the Island for it's 'cream and afternoon teas' as there are numerous tea gardens and cafes serving delicious cakes and pots of hot tea, what could be nicer to bridge the gap between lunch and dinner!
