This lovely three bedroom ground floor apartment is within a few minutes’ walk of the beach and Seaview village, with the added bonus of a mature garden with outdoor seating. The new owners have redecorated throughout making the apartment a very inviting place to stay for your Island holiday. The master double bedroom is very spacious and has a large bay window to the front letting the light flood in, a lovely way to start the day. There is a family bathroom, with a bath and hand shower attachment, and a separate shower-room. The further two bedrooms, a double and a twin, are both well appointed and comfortable.
The open plan living-room with kitchen and dining-areas has a cosy and sociable feel. There's a breakfast table in the kitchen plus a larger dining-table in the separate dining-room. Doors lead out to the charming established garden from both the living-room and dining-room. The new owners are keen gardeners and have made the garden a delight for guests to enjoy, whether it’s relaxing with a good book or dining al fresco in the Island’s sunshine. Fully enclosed, this is also a safe place for your four-legged friend. The living-room has comfortable sofas to sit back and relax in, the perfect spot to plan your days ahead and a great place to stay whatever the weather.
Just a few minutes’ walk takes you to the beach and Seaview village, you can start the day with a visit to Lily’s Cafe for breakfast perhaps or just a coffee and slice of cake. Open all day and all year round it serves fresh food using a good selection of Island produce. There are several other places to dine out including The Seaview Hotel and The Old Fort pub. Both have outdoor seating areas with stunning views across the Solent, watch the boats sail by whilst dining, including the cruise ships heading out of Southampton.
There is a choice of beaches to enjoy, neighbouring Seagrove and Priory Bay are idyllic sandy beaches with shallow waters great for swimming and popular for beach barbecues long into the summer evenings. Partake in some of the coastal walks with plenty of beach cafes to stop at and stock up on refreshments, either from your doorstep or further afield on the west coast of the Island. The larger town of Ryde is a short drive away and has a wider choice of restaurants and shops. This apartment is a superb holiday destination in a wonderful location at any time of the year. There is off street parking in front of the apartment for one car.
