Hillside View has ample parking for one car. If you bring two cars simply follow the lane down and park on the road. Please note, you will need to climb the hill back up to the house.
There are some lovely scenic walks along the banks of the River Tamar.
Enjoy leisurely walks around the National Trust's Cotehele Estate.
Head to the ancient stannary town of Tavistock for a Devonshire cream tea - it's cream first this side of river!
In just over half an hour you can be at the seaside town of Looe for fish and chips and a beach day.
