The chalet is in a superb location with stunning views, it is close to Kingsand which is a lovely village with plenty of places to eat and drink and there are some lovely walks and plenty of places to visit in the area. The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped, the arrival scones were much appreciated. The chalet was very clean however the garden is a little dishevelled and the balcony area is not suitable for dogs as the spindles around the balustrade are very wide apart and there is a big drop. ...

It was great to read your review of Trelowen with its amazing views across the ocean, proximity to good places to eat, beautiful locations for walking and interesting attractions to visit. It really has all you could need for a relaxing holiday along with a comfy bed and well-equipped kitchen. Although the garden is enclosed for your four-legged friend to enjoy it cannot be made fully secure so thank you for bringing to our attention the width of the balcony balustrades so owners of smaller dogs can take suitable precautions. I think this was a new property to the portfolio as there were no reviews of it when booking! The view is immense and as it seems. Stunning! Everything else just feels old unloved and tired. Inside and out. Has potential to be really nice but I was disappointed with most features of the property....
