Location is excellent, very clean and warm but needs serious updating and smells of damp throughout. The kitchen is dark and much of the kitchen equipment is unusable or needs replacing due to wear and tear

Bridge Pool Cottage truly has the most delightful location nestling in the countryside next to the river. The owners have investigated your report of a damp smell and, fortunately, didn't find any damp or mould in the cottage. Similarly, they have checked the kitchen equipment to make sure everything is up to standard.
