The apartment is spacious & well equipped, apart from a bottle opener, but maybe I missed it. The situation is very good looking out on to the river estuary across towards Appledore. It has a small balcony which faces west and it is very pleasant to sit there from the afternoon onwards. The balcony overlooks the Tarka Trail (shared foot & cycle path) and the site of the former Instow railway station with its restored signal box. The 'path' is flat and offers good walking for those not keen on climbing. ...

This is a very comfortable, clean and well equipped apartment with excellent views over the estuary. There are plenty of walks and eateries in Instow so you don't have to go vey far if you dont want to. We would return.
