Wonderful apartment with a fabulous view over the estuary. It’s very easy to relax on the sofa and simply enjoy the ever-changing scenery, but it also makes a great base for exploring the area. The Tarka Trail and Instow Beach are right on the doorstep for lovely walks and bike rides, and the location is easily accessible by car for visiting other beautiful places in this part of the world. An apartment I will definitely be looking to return to!...

The Lobster Pot surpassed our expectations. The apartment is equipped to the highest of standards, has very comfortable beds and great views over the estuary from its balcony. The beach, an artisan deli, ferry to Appledore and local pubs are just few minutes walk away and with the Tarka Trail just outside there is really no need to take the car out once you arrive. ...

This flat has a spectacular view across the water. We loved the decor and were very comfortable. Its easy parking is a real bonus in the Appledore/ Instow area and the communal gardens are extremely pretty. Would go back.
