We had a wonderful week at Yew Tree Barn. The house is perfect for a family - very well equipped and comfortable. It is nicely set out with wonderful bathrooms. The sitting room is homely and comfortable with a selection of books and brochures for things to do. The kitchen has every appliance we needed and a lovely window and stable door. Our Christmas stay at Yew Tree Barn was one of the best properties we have ever stayed in. The hosts were exceptional ,making us feel very welcome and well looked after .They checked in ,to make sure all had gone well before we departed . The attention to detail and level of cleanliness was gratifying . The barn is ideally situated for visiting The Avalon Marshes, Brean Down ,Cheddar, Wells and Glastonbury. As well as further afield to Montacute House Stourhead . We found the nearby town of Wedmore delightful with independent shops and cafes. The barn offers quiet ,warmth and a great countryside view Ideal for our dog too as the nearby orchard and lane can be easily accessed. We hope to return. ...
