Sescape is a great property, with easy access to the Promenade and to central Hunstanton. It is also an ideal base to explore the surrounding area. We found the property to be clean, comfortable and very well equipped, the owners seeming to have thought very carefully about the 'little things'. Having such a lovely garden was a bonus and we made good use of it whilst we were there....

Marvellous property, immaculately presented. We have never stayed anywhere that was as well equipped with quality fittings - especially the linens (towels + bedding). The views from the 1st floor lounge were great, nice watching the rabbits, deer and pheasnts on the pitch and putt course across the road. The rear garden is beautifully kept and made dining out a pleasure (along with the occaisional glass of wine or G+T), inclusion of a bbq was appreciated by all. Location was convenient for visiting the villages up and down the coast as well as places like Sandringham, Kings Lynn, Norfolk Lavender farm. Loads of farm shops and fresh fish within a few minutes drive....

Seascape offers everything anyone could want for a perfect holiday, all facilities are excellent and the location is an absolute bonus. We have spent several holdays here and would recommend it to anyone wishing to visit this wonderful part of of Norfolk....
