McKenzies is a fantastic property in an ideal location in Portscatho just minutes from the village shop, galleries and pubs. The house is extremely well equipped and very comfortable. We enjoyed coastal walks from the house in both directions and spent time on the local beach in very warm sunshine. It was lovely to be on the balcony for breakfast and have the view overlooking the sea. A highlight was dinner at The Standard pub (advance booking essential!) just up the hill in Gerrans. Tatum down on the harbour is good for coffee and The Plume of Feathers for pub grub. We definitely recommend McKenzies as a supberb holiday house. ...

This is a wonderful holiday home, situated in the village but in a quieter spot just slightly away from the centre and with its own parking space. The accommodation was well set up and beautifully presented; the top floor with the living accommodation was particularly light and airy with a lovely view across the bay. The ground floor shower and utility area was very useful to deal with sand and saltwater before heading on up to the main parts of the house!...
