What can we say the garden flat is beautiful, open the door and behold a huge lounge , comfortable settees view of the sea from the window. Bedrooms beautiful furnishings beds comfy ,lovely choice of bathroom or shower in main bedroom, private rear patio with private parking . We have stayed many times and are booked for next year ....

I have stayed at The Garden Flat four times, it has always been spotless. Even though it is a basement flat it is very light and spacious with everything you need for an enjoyable holiday. The location in Hunstanton is perfect, the shops and the sea front are only minutes away. The rear courtyard is a perfect place to relax in. It also has it's own parking space which is a bonus. The sunsets from the front of the property are amazing....

This apartment is spacious and comfortable with the benefit of a garden and parking. It is in an amazing location overlooking the sea at Hunstanton and near to shops and restaurants. A real gem.
