Lovely property but be aware it is approached by single track lane which was very overgrown, this makes it difficult for a larger vehicle to pass without coming into contact with the hedgerows.

The last bit of your drive to the property is indeed down a single lane track; something that is very common in this area, and that you are likely to come across on your trips out to some of the sights in Dartmoor too, so it is certainly useful to know.
