The Aga is operational for set periods during the year.
The kitchen has a rather fabulous lighting feature and also boasts a lovely utility-room and a larder meaning you will have plenty of room for your supplies.
The utility-room - where you can store all your supplies and carry out the washing-up duties! You will also find a large American-style fridge/freezer in addition to the small fridge in the kitchen.
Head back out to the hallway to discover the games-room. The perfect hangout room for young or old, come rain or shine.
A family favourite has to be darts.
There is always time for a tipple or two should the mood take you.
At the end of the hall just off the entrance you will find bedroom 1. This dual aspect room floods with light and enjoys an en suite shower.
Time to enjoy a lazy morning.
Bedroom 1 is the perfect option for those who are less mobile. You even have a lovely sitting-area with views over the back garden.

At the end of the hall climb the stairs where you will discover three more bedrooms.
At the top of the landing head down to bedroom 2, yet another en suite room.
Each room is grand in size, with bespoke headboards and fresh crisp linens.
You are surrounded by nature and beautiful styling that complements the setting.
Should you need to find a reading nook then each room has a perfectly positioned chair.
This bedroom also enjoys an en suite bathroom with a hand held shower attachment.

Head back out to the large landing to find bedrooms 3 and 4 as well as the family bathroom.
Bedroom 3 also has a bespoke headboard and offers versatility thanks to the 'zip and link' bed.

Just outside of bedroom 3 you will find the family bathroom.
Next to the family bathroom you'll find bedroom 4, yet another grand bedroom with space in abundance.

In this beautiful bedroom you are sure to enjoy a restful night's sleep.
When on holiday at Hope House you will be inspired and relaxed meaning you might take up your pen and start holiday writing.

Hope House was everything and more! The kitchen was filled with ample utensils, crockery and everything you needed! The liu he area was absolutely perfect for cosy evenings with ample space for everyone. The games room was a welcome as were all the games and books for all to use. There was ample room in the bedrooms that were comfortable and roomy and the bathrooms were all exceptionally well presented. The garden, the fire pit and the bbq were welcoming, with fabulous garden furniture and space. The amazing owner was there to greet us and she was so welcoming, helpful and reassuring. Could not fault anything about our stay and we are hoping to return to this amazing property. ...

Hope House is such a beautiful, spacious and comfortable property. We loved the nature-friendly garden (saw deer, a fox and family of house martins??), surrounded by stunning countryside. So peaceful and especially lovely in the ‘golden hour’ when the sun was setting. The owner was very welcoming, kind and helpful - wanting to ensure we had a lovely stay - which we certainly did! What a fantastic holiday home, couldn't of asked for a better house to stay in. The owner of Hope House was there to greet us and what a lovely lady, so welcoming and made you feel at home instantly. She spent time walking us around the house and recommending places to visit. The welcome pack was a nice touch & well received. Strawberry Field Farm shop and Restaurant is a must to visit but be prepared to spend lots of money in the shop. Our 2 sons loved the games room and spent many an evening playing darts or table football or sitting outside around the log fire pit. We have visited this cornish coastline on many occasions and have to say Hope House is the best holiday home we have stayed in. 25 minutes from the coast is perfect, close enough to go everyday but far enough away to have some peace & quiet which you certainly get staying here. Thank you for accurate description and photos and also the ease of booking and the great communication, we will certainly return at some point in the near future. ...
