We stayed here in June 2026. The house was perfect for us - very clean and tidy, and equipped to a very good standard, it had everything we needed for our stay in Dorset. The living space was comfortable and well thought out. Kitchen/dinning room was very well equipped. Great views from the bedrooms of countryside - there were barn owls nesting in an adjacent barn and could be seen hunting in the late evenings. The conservatory was lovely, but unfortunately we were there during a heatwave so it was a little too hot for comfort (although there is a ceiling fan). The village is small and very peaceful. There's a well stocked shop 5 minutes walk away, and the village pub is around 10 mins walk. The surrounding countryside is lovely which ever way you decide to go. We loved it. ...

We only stayed a week at this lovely peaceful property and felt very at home. With the welcome basket of local products to seeing the deer roaming in the gardens this is great place to stay and explore the area, very comfortable, very relaxing.
