The location and parking were excellent. We had wonderful sunny days and even managed to sit in the front garden in March, a real bonus. The cottage was very well equipped and the tea, coffee, milk and biscuits provided on arrival were lovely. It was a short walk to the harbour and there were lots of places to eat. The Rashleigh Arms was very close and did good pub food. We had two lovely meals in the Boathouse. Great location for visiting Mevagissy, Looe and Fowey. We used the local bus to get to Fowey which saved any stresses over parking. Lanhydrock House is well worth a visit. ...

We had a very relaxing week in Lavant Mor. The cottage is situated close to the harbour and beach but in a very quiet spot. It is well equipped and comfortable. For those who like to keep in touch, the WiFi is great! There are several places to eat, all very welcoming and quite often there is music at the harbour, a pleasant way to spend an evening. Sadly, the tall ships are missing as work is currently underway to repair the harbour gates. It's worth a trip out to Fowey which is a very pretty fishing village, but be warned, it is very steep walk down the hill from the large car park. If you like to visit national trust properties, Lanhydrock House is excellent....

Overall we were happy with our stay at this cottage. Good location with parking. Liked that we could walk down to the harbour easily. It was clean and well equipped. Enjoyed the welcome hamper items. Watch your head if you’re tall - ceilings are low. Master bedroom bed could be better and enjoyed having an outdoor space to relax in but table needs to be bigger as the cottage sleeps 6. ...
