This is a great location with a super view of town and out to sea. Very handy parking too. The property itself was, I'm sorry to say, a bit disappointing. It has everything you need, and is quite comfortable, but it's tired. The kitchen is the worst with many things needing to be replaced to bring it up to a decent standard. The bedrooms were adequate if very musty, drawers and wardrobes especially, and this carried over into the property overall. A relatively new shower enclosure was very good and a nice touch. Overall, OK but could be so much better with a little TLC....

Sea view is a lovely cosy cottage, well situated in the pretty harbour town of St Mawes, just a couple of minutes walk from the pubs, restaurants and shops in the village. It benefits from its own parking bay which is plenty big enough for a large SUV type of vehicle. The living/dining room is south facing with a beautiful view of the harbour and a lovely small balcony that is perfect for enjoying a sundowner at the end of the day. We would definitely like to revisit in the future....
