A very well equipped and comfortable cottage which had everything we needed. A lovely cream tea on arrival was very much appreciated. The owners, who live next door, were friendly but unobstrusive. Nice touches for the dog, including welcome biscuits, towels and bowls, although the courtyard garden can be s bit small for larger dogs. The road leading to the cottage is narrow and can be tight to turn into the drive, especially if you have s large car, but there is usually parking in the village. The local garage has a well equipped Spar shop which is handy. The pub was friendly, although unfortunately, due to holidays, was not doing food during our stay. We would recommend and would book again if coming to this part of Devon....

A wonderful cottage decorated beautifully and with all the required items for a relaxing break. Lovely outside sitting area and the cottage is a good base to travel to Lyme Regis, Sidmouth and Beer. Local pub was very friendly but only opened for food at the end of the week. Would love to come back again which tells you all you really need to know. Fiona was very kind and helpful. Thank you. ...

Cosy cottage in a small village, 2 mins walk from pub, shop and garage. Village is close to all local attractions with some nice walks in the immediate area. We had Sunday roast in the Hind which was very nice.

Great place to stay for an exploration of the coastline - really comfortable, all necessary amenities, warm and a nice welcome 'pack' on arrival - have earmarked for a return visit.
