A lovely family holiday at Kelly Green Mill, perfect for our grandkids and lots of space for everyone. Even though the house is huge it still felt homely and cosy, we’ll definitely be booking again!

We had a wonderful stay and the property is really excellent. Very spacious and comfortable furnishing. We really appreciated the real Christmas tree and the other Christmas decorations on the side board and mantle piece. The kitchen is very well equipped and spacious which made to preparing large family meals a pleasure. The pool table and snug were extremely popular with the younger members of our party. Utility very useful and upstairs was ideal for us, enough bathrooms and hot showers. Little Asda just 5 mins away on the main road for any bits you’ve forgotten or the St Kew farm shop for treats or just a coffee. Polzeath beach is close only about a 20 min drive. We had a special celebration meal at the St Kew Inn which was a real treat. All in all the perfect property for our group. ...

Upon entering the property it was obvious that this place would meet everyone’s needs. All of us really enjoyed our week here and we have a few eager cooks within our party and they were impressed with the kitchen especially and how it catered to a huge group of people’s needs. The beds were good quality and the layout of the house was perfect so that we all had a positive experience. The only downside was that the huge umbrella in the garden over the table needs replacing as it is very rusty and we weee not able to open it up safely without it threatening to collapse and blow away in pretty light winds. This was an issue because of how sunny it can get and how rainy it can be but overall, we were very content and would seriously consider coming back to Kelly Green again ...
