This is a fantastic holiday cottage for extended families to stay in. It is easily accessible from the A39 yet dry quiet, well equipped, clean and comfortable. The open plan living space and large lawned gardens were great for our little grandsons. We really appreciated lots of parking space right by the front door too. A brilliant place to stay in our favourite part of Cornwall....

We had a wonderful week staying in Kelly Green Mill and can really recommend it. It was lovely having family staying with us and the arrangements suited our needs. We were able to have the dogs too and they thoroughly approved of the large fenced garden. The family loved playing ball games in the garden as well as trying the pool table. All in all a really great time was had by all....
