Follow the steps at the side of the property to access Careema.
Enter Careema by walking up the staircase on the left-hand side and across the bridge to the front door.
Catch the ferry to Falmouth.
Stroll up to St Mawes and take in the views.
St.Mawes is a truly stunning waterside village.
Enjoy a swim off Summers beach.
A bird's eye view of St Mawes with Falmouth in the distance.
Hire a dinghy or kayak and explore the estuary.
The fishing village of Portscatho is worth a visit.
Why not visit the Hidden Hut at Porthcurnick beach.

The view across the harbour and river from the lounge and the master bedroom balcony is very good. Whilst it is at the heart of the village, our relaxation was spoilt by the very early arrival of delivery vans with reversing beeps going on and off loading food on to large trolleys then pushing them around, this was quite stressful and tiring. Whilst some people may not be put off by this, it would put us off booking this property again. We have stayed in St Mawes many times before it is a beautiful part of Cornwall....

A lovely apartment in the heart of St Mawes - very comfortable & well equipt with fabulous views across the harbour & the bay, both from inside & from the balcony. The accomodation is situated 2 floors above the local coop so ideally placed for any provisions but the daily delivery arrives early so light sleepers may need to bring ear plugs or sleep in the bedrooms at the back. However it didn't spoil our holiday & we definately hope to stay here again....

The location of the appartment is great, especially if you don't want it to be too busy and still like to have the opportunity to hike, eat and a bit of (food-)shopping without moving the car. Furthermore the close by ferry allows you to get easily to Falmouth, if you after a more busy day. The balcony was great to watch the sea, the people and the landscape, the appartment itself is nicely decorated and clean - a few more towels to avoid washing for a two weeks stay would have been appreciated, but in total we've had wonderfull moments and a relaxing stay in the appartment and in Cornwall.
