The bunk room has a four-foot bottom bunk so can accommodate two small children. Please note the single top bunk is not to be used by guests.

In summer take the small Place ferry and explore secret coves around St Anthony headland.

We return to Primrose Hill for an autumn stay with some of our family, our age range is scattered between 6 years old to 75 years and each of us love our stay here. The cleanliness, location and quality of the property is appreciated, enjoyed and continually calls us back. On arrival we are welcomed with a beautiful flower arrangements along with various nibbles and delicious non alcoholic beverages. The property is beautifully located with great views, each room is tastefully furnished and our family of 7 or 8 depending each look forward and very much enjoy their stay. St Mawes is well situated for beeches, walks and relaxing, restaurants and public houses....

Our family of 5 had a lovely stay at Primrose Hill. It is a beautiful house in a wonderful location - a short walk down to the waterfront but far enough away to be quiet and relaxed. Even with a week of rain, we were able to enjoy the space and coziness of Primrose Hill. Plenty of room for us all to relax and enjoy the gorgeous views. St. Mawes has a number of excellent restaurants but the kitchen at Primrose Hill is so well equipped that we could quite happily eat at the house with supplies from the brilliant Mr. Scores deli. Definitely worth a visit! ...
