This is a lovely bungalow in a brilliant location. An easy walk into the village, onto coast path or down to the beach (if a bit steep on way back up!) St Agnes is out favourite village in Cornwall and this is a perfect base. Very spacious with a pretty enclosed back garden. Perfect for us with our dog. The extra snug is a real bonus with teenagers. Well equipped and found the smaller dishwasher perfect as we put it on twice per day.. loads of fridge and freezer space which is not common in holiday places. ...

This is our second time staying at no.28. We loved coming back - the house is light and airy, with beautiful furnishings, lots of room for everyone with a second sitting room (perfect for the kids!) and storage for beach things, coats and shoes. The view from the garden down to the coast is beautiful. The walk up Rocky Lane up from the beach may be steep but we learnt to power up it and it did wonders for our calf muscles!! We will definitely be coming back!...
