The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, it is very quiet, the surroundings are very pleasant, there are vineyards above! The house itself is very clean, comfortable, fully equipped, the bathrooms are modern and spacious, the kitchen is large, with very high-quality appliances, and the media equipment is very good (even though I couldn't get to grips with the Sonos sound system). Parking is no problem. The absolute highlight is the view, which is magnificent as the tides and weather change. The only limitation is that the access road from Saltash to Antony Passage is very narrow and steep in places, but it is easy to navigate with sufficient composure. We spent 14 days at Lynher House and particularly enjoyed sitting in front of the house in the evening sun, having a drink and quietly watching the water....

This will be our 3rd visit to Lynher House and I doubt it will be our last. It is a lovely spot and the view out onto the Lynher estuary early in the morning and late evening is a real tonic. We hope to return later this year.

Superb views from cottage. Nice contemporary furnishings. Shame no nearby pub to walk too. Take note narrow track road in and out.

Lynher House is in a stunning, peaceful location - the views from the living areas are amazing. The house itself is a joy, so well appointed and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Dog friendly too with walks from the door. Would return in a heartbeat....
