Really lovely, clean and welcoming cottage. Spacious and relaxing and very well equipped. Thank you for the nice scones and fresh flowers on arrival. Really appreciate that you allow a dog. Thought it was a really nice play to stay. St Agnes is a lovely small town and it was great to be in the centre of it. We could walks to all the pubs, restaurants and lovely shops - as well as the beach, the beacon and St Agnes Head. You can't always park very close by so may have to walk a few hundred yards - but it was worth it! ...

I know the village very well, so knew this would be a great location and it was! Have often stayed a bit further out of the village, so to be able to just pop out to the bakery in the morning or sit and have a drink outside the St Agnes hotel and be back home in moments was lovely. Had no issues at all with noise from outside pub in the middle of August. St Agnes drinkers don't tend to be a rowdy bunch in my experience and even on Carnival night all had gone quiet by midnight. Our toddler goes to bed at 7/8 and was never kept up by any external noise. The property is even more spacious and nice in the flesh and the kitchen is so well equipt. Mindy and Alan who look after the property couldn't have been nicer and more helpful; just lovely people. This is a perfect spot to explore and enjoy all the fabulous things that my favourite place in Cornwall has to offer, so would thoroughly recommend. My mother and her little dog came along too and she was so impressed as a first time visitor to St Agnes....

Lovely property in the heart of very friendly St Agnes. Just a few steps to plenty of local shops, butcher, bakery, deli, grocers, gift shop etc - all supplying a great range of local produce. We can thoroughly recommend the Seafood Deli for a very relaxed, delicious evening meal and the Tap House for good value and interesting lunchtime food. Sorting Office for great coffee. Lots of interesting and varied walks from the door - we only used the car twice all week. The utility room is perfect for hanging up wet coats and drying off soggy four legged friends! The cottage is tastefully decorated with luxury bedding and furnishings. Happy to recommend!...
