Denham is a really lovely, quiet place to stay just outside the hustle and bustle of the village. We really enjoyed the wonderful view and the generous parking space was a bonus in Marazion. It is spacious, very well equipped and includes a useful washer-dryer which is not stated in the description. The bathrooms are luxurious and the bed is very comfortable. The owners next door are friendly, helpful but unintrusive. The only negative thing I can say is that it gets extremely hot upstairs because the glass bifold doors act like a greenhouse. Some blinds or curtains to block out the sun would really improve the overall level of comfort. We look forward to staying at Denham again next time we visit Marazion....

We stayed in Denham for a week at the end of November/beginning of December. The property is in a perfect location, nice and quiet, with only a short stroll into the town. The property is well maintained and has ample parking space and amazing views. There were lovely treats awaiting us on arrival, including scones, jam and cream, milk, cider and flowers. The property was spotlessly clean and modern. We couldn’t fault anything and would definitely recommend to friends and family....
