Guillemot

The property is small, but very thoughtfully put together and welcoming for dogs. There are gardens allowing dogs on leads at the bottom of the road if beach restrictions are in place. The courtyard and parking are a real bonus. The kitchen is well equipped and has all the appliances you need. A comfy settee and TV finishes of the kitchen/ lounge. A good sized, comfortable bed, the bathroom is located off the bedroom. The shower is small. The thoughtful storage in the cottage means you have most things you need. The Guillemot is located to the side of the owners house, but is very private. We would like to return....

Clean bright cottage, well equipped and comfortable. Great location with nearby restaurants and shops. We had a good time, hope you do too.

The location of the apartment is fantastic - two minutes down to the sea (and useful small Coop store) and just over ten minutes walk into the town, quiet and peaceful (apart from early morning seagulls) too. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped so cooking is as easy as at home, not always the case in holiday rentals. Overall the apartment is very well furnished with quality fittings, though the shower room is extremely compact and may cause difficulty for some....

Great location. Well equipped. Although very small . The price did reflect this so no complaints. It was clean and well presented. Very close to the beach and the brilliant cafe , we walked into the centre of Falmouth in 14 mins but we are old and slow . Would definitely use on a return visit. ...

Guillemot is a compact property, with it's own dedicated parking space, close to beaches and local Co-op. It is ideal if you want to leave your car and walk, or use public transport, to access the town or further afield. The property is quiet, with a comfortable bed. ...
