Our stay at Pippin was everything we hoped for - a total retreat. The location is sublime, from the little walk up the track to the sweep of the surrounding meadow and barley fields. We loved gazing down at the spectacular view over the tranquil waters of Restronguet Passage. The Shepherds hut interior was carefully curated with everything needed for a simple but beautiful getaway. At night, all we could hear was the sigh of the wind in the trees around us. There aren’t many places which enable total relaxation but this is what a stay at Pippin offers. We loved it. Thank you. Sue and Chris Cox....

Pippin is a lovely, comfy, well equipped shepherd's hut. The location is peaceful and quiet with amazing views. Good pub within walking distance!

Lovely shepherds hut in a lovely location. Views are beautiful, lots of good walks around and things to do. Has a large enclosed garden area for the dog to explore. We have a nice relaxing break

Loved our stay at Pippin. Great location with lovely views. Nice walk to the Pandora Inn about 10mins. Dog owners beware that its not totally enclosed with a fence. Dogs could easily run through the quarry and into the road. Wouldnt take much to make this a safe place and would take the worry out of your dog running off. However, would definately return to Pippin again....

Lovely location and superb views. Nice walk to the local pub. A few minor adjustments would make it a good place to stay. Don't take too many bags as space is limited.
