Cottage is perfectly located for access to both coastlines and access to local walks and nearby national trust property. Very comfortable lounge, large bedrooms and bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen, what more do you need.

A lovely cottage with helpful neighbours in a brilliant location near Bodmin. The riverside walk is gorgeous. Lanhydrock is an easy walk away too. Such a pretty area. The location was also great as most things in north Cornwall are an easy drive away The property was spacious with a large living dining area, a well set up kitchen and three good sized bedrooms (all large). The utility room was very big and had plenty of storage, as was the understairs cupboard (which was huge). Having 2 bathrooms with three teens as well as two adults made things very easy too. All in all an easy and comfortable stay. The only downsides were a hard mattress in master bedroom (we swapped and then slept in the second room and found it very comfortable). The garden is up a set of stairs and to the side of the property but it is enclosed well so our dog did not escape (we did put a bag out to stop her trying to push her way out of the one small gap under the fence to the right as you go out of the door. It was a rainy week, so we didn’t use the garden much but it was lovely to sit in when the weather was good....
