The statement staircase is fabulous, keeping in the style of the nautical cottage, there is a rope bannister, so please take care. Typical of a true Cornish cottage, the stairs are narrow and steep.

The location of this property was perfect for exploring Penzance and further afield. Parking was an issue so be prepared to leave your car away from you in nearby streets when you singing a space. The property had all the basics you need.
