Nice little house, well looked after and recently refurbished. Close to the coast path with Church / Poldhu Cove and Porthleven within hiking distance for a pair of 7 year olds. Gunwalloe itself has a pretty decent play park and a library in their bus stop, which we all enjoyed, and this is a great base for trips out to Lizard, Helston, and further afield! ...

Chyvean is one of the best cottages we have stayed in. The house is in a lovely quiet location for the beach which was perfect for walking the dog. The house is very comfortable and well equipped. The beds are amazing…..where are they from?! Great that the courtyard garden is enclosed for the dog too. Easy to walk the local pub which served great food. Close enough to explore other great places in the area. We will definitely be back very soon! ...

We really enjoyed our holiday at Chyvean. The cottage is comfortable and well equipped, and very cosy with a great stove. The road is quiet and there's a children's playground, and the Halzephron Inn is a great pub a few minutes walk away. Even though it was half term we often had miles of the beach to ourselves even when Church Cove was busy. Great walks with the dog along the coastal patch to Poldhu Cove and Porthleven too. Can't wait for our next holiday!...
