We had a fantastic holiday at Potters. It really is a gem of a cottage, very comfortable, well equipped and maintained to a very good standard. The location is spot on, you are in the middle of the village but it’s very quiet and private. We’ll definitely return. Thank you Classic Cottages ...

Cant fault the place, strangely quitely hidden but in the middle of the harbour ! Peaceful comfortable sleep, great showers and wanting for nothing. Car parking is an issue, you need to be pretty quick at loading / offloading and then parking in car park if you can find a space or as I did park just outside the village on the Newlyn road for free. ...

We’re thrilled to hear how much you enjoyed being right in the heart of Mousehole. Unfortunately, due to the higgledy-piggledy location of the cottage, it’s not possible to unload directly outside the property. The closest car park to Potters Cottage is South Quay. We’d love the opportunity to welcome you back in the future. Julie, Customer Support ...

We're so pleased you enjoyed Potters Cottage, especially being tucked away in the heart of Mousehole village. Thank you for the useful information about parking - the Christmas lights are so charming and very popular so we can see there could be a demand for parking. Steps and stairs can be steep in traditional stone cottages, and we do try to illustrate this on our website. We would love to welcome you back soon. Sarah, Customer Support...

Mr Sugden August 2025
Be prepared to fight for car parking space. The cottage itself is lovely. There are no supermarkets or food shops here and the resurants are quite expensive. Mousehole is lovely however, and typically Cornish but it was very busy all the time, so not that peaceful....

We're pleased to hear you had enjoyed Potters Cottage. In the height of the season the car park can get very busy, as does Cornwall in the summer period. There is a nearby Co-Op in the town over in Newlyn, we're sorry that the height of the season had some negative experience for yourself, but we do hope to welcome you back in the future. - Thank you.
