We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Potting Shed. It was easy to get to and central to explore different parts of Devon, and Cornwall too. The property was superbly presented with comfortable furnishings and stocked with everything you would need for a self catering accommodation. We have a toddler who just loves exploring and running around, so to allow her to run off some energy the garden at the back was perfect and plenty of room for her to ply with her toys. Although there are some steps joining rooms together she managed fine, so a child friendly centre point for us to be on our holiday. Just to say ‘thank you’ to the housekeeper who answered all our questions and showed understanding throughout. A great place to stay if you want to be central and explore Devon with dogs or children. ...

We stayed at the Potting Shed last week and absolutely loved it. Great location with fabulous walks to nearby Fingle Bridge. The cottage itself is well equipped, and very clean. Nothing was too much trouble, the owners are lovely as is their spaniel Dottie! Highly recommend a stay here for the peace and quiet, and absolutely massive garden for the dogs to explore! Beautifully done house - extraordinarily comfortable and the location for walks is a wonder. We loved it. The garden is shared but the owners go out of their way to make it private for you.

Beautiful cottage, lovely friendly helpful owners. Our dogs really enjoyed playing with their dog and children. We had a wonderful stay. Would definitely recommend it.
