The property is gorgeous, very well furnished along with being spotlessly clean. The cake [baked by the owner] and prosecco were a lovely welcome treat. The beach and sea front can be reached in a couple of minutes. The walk into town took about 10 minutes, lots of cafes and an M&S food hall. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and didn't want to leave....

We all had a lovely time, and the welcome gifts of cakes and Prosecco was a lovely touch. The walk to the beach and town were so accessible the children didn’t have far to walk. Would really recommend it.

What a fabulous house, it exceeded my expectations. Nicely finished and extremely well appointed house with lots of attention to detail. Really well equipped, good quality furniture, really comfortable chairs and beds, lovely bathrooms, all the kitchen equipment you could ask for. I couldn't fault it. What really was the icing on the cake was the very generous and welcoming 'arrival' gifts, including a beautiful home made cake. A great location, less than a minute's walk from the (dog friendly) beach and really near restaurants and a wonderful fish shop. Lovely walks right from the doorstep and a short walk to the shops in town and an M & S food store. We really enjoyed Exmouth, lovely sandy beaches and great views over the estuary. The owners have excelled on this newly developed property and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending it. ...
