We loved our first stay at Pining's Yard. The garden/terrace area was large and a great suntrap in the afternoons to enjoy your 'sundowners'. It was so handy for the pubs, restaurants, shops etc and also the bus station. It was great to be provided with a recycling bin but unfortunately we didn't know what day to put out the general rubbish/recycling to be collected by the (private) waste collection company so by the end of our stay the green bin was bulging !...

We had a wonderful stay at Pinings Yard. We loved being in the centre of Yarmouth and so near to shops and restaurants yet close to lovely beaches too. Parking was fine and we could park close by (paid) with no issues. Had a couple of small issues whilst on holiday which Classic were good at resolving quickly. We will be back to the Isle of Wight again and would definitely book with Classic....
