This property is well furnished and well equipped (everything you could possibly need in the kitchen). Beds are comfortable and bedding and towels good quality and clean. The welcome basket was a really nice touch and the wine was lovely. As other reviewers have mentioned it is a decent walk (uphill on the way back!) into the centre of St Ives. There are 2 bathrooms however not enough water pressure to use both showers at the same time. Also there is damp in the dining room (this is acknowledged as there is a dehumidifier in there). We had a couple of issues whilst there (downstairs room set up as a double not a twin as requested and the upstairs toilet not working properly), classic cottages were very friendly and helpful with resolving this and called afterwards to check all was ok. I have stayed in lots of classic cottages. Dreslan was another outstanding cottage. Lovely welcoming pack with a bottle of wine. Decor and furnishings were quality. Dreslan is a lovely place to stay and so easy to access. We walked into St Ives most days and would recommend staying here as it’s so lovely.
